Description

This is a known issue with the current version of GlobalProtect. 

Resolution

Palo Alto Networks recommends that if you see this issue, wait a couple of minutes and then resubmit a "Host Information Profile". You can do so by opening the GlobalProtect application while you are connected, select the hamburger menu and select Settings. Then on the left side, click "Host Information Profile" and then click the "Resubmit" button.

Palo Alto has indicated that version 6.3 of GlobalProtect should fix this issue.  They did not give an estimated date of release.  When that version is available, we will post it in Software Center.  We will also push out that version to computers that don't manually download it from Software Center.
