How to Send and Retrieve a Secured Document with a PIN

Printing a Document Secured with a PIN – Canon

Canon's Secure Print is a security feature that holds print jobs in the printer's memory until the user enters a specific PIN or password at the machine's control panel, preventing confidential documents from being left exposed in the output tray. Users send the job with a set PIN from their computer, then authenticate at the printer to release it, ensuring privacy and control over sensitive prints.
