As an employee, how do I get VPN access through Global Connect?
Answer
- VPN is used if your job cannot be done using mycloud.mccneb.edu (Citrix method).
- VPN is only allowed on MCC owned devices.
- To request VPN access, have your Manager or Supervisor submit the "VPN Request Form" located in the Unity Forms Bank
- All new VPN requests are assigned to the IT Risk & Compliance team for review and approval.
- Requests are notified approval status and follow-up installation instructions.
