My Outlook Inbox is not showing any new messages?
Answer
Sometimes email messages will not appear in your Inbox suddenly. If you are able to see your mail items in your Inbox when using Outlook Web Access (App) - OWA, but not see them in your Outlook mail profile. If the messages are seen in OWA, do the following:
- In Outlook client, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.

- Click Change.

- Remove check from "Used cached exchange mode" box.

- Click "Next"
- Click "Done" and reopen Outlook.
