Canvas Accounts for Instructors not Teaching Scheduled Course

How to request a Canvas account for an instructor not assigned that scheduled course.

An instructor asks for access to a Canvas course they are not teaching.

When Canvas access is requested for an instructor outside of the course assignments in Colleague, the request should originate from the office of the Dean of that program. That Dean, or their Academic Affairs Associate, would then request the exception to the normal process for Canvas access.
