Installing a Network Printer
Instructions
1. Open the Windows Start menu. This is the button on your Taskbar that is shaped like the Windows logo.

2. Click on Settings. This is the gear-shaped icon.

3. Next, select Bluetooth & devices. You can find this in the left sidebar.

4. Click Printers & scanners.

5. Click Add device button.

6. Near the bottom of the screen, locate “The printer that I want isn’t listed” and click Add manually.

7. In the search bar type the following, where ‘print queue is the name of the printer you are wanting to add to your device: \\printserver\printqueuename

8. A Windows Printer Installation box will appear, you will see the printer is connecting.

9. Once complete you will see a ‘You’ve successfully added 'printername' on printserver’.

10. You should now be able to print to that printer from your MCC desktop or laptop.
