ERR_HTTP2_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY

Description
The "ERR_HTTP2_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY" error in Chrome (and other Chromium-based browsers) indicates a problem with the browser's ability to establish a secure HTTP/2 connection with a website. This is often due to the website using an older or incompatible TLS/SSL configuration that the browser no longer considers secure enough for HTTP/2.
Resolution
1. Delete Chrome cookies.
a. On your computer, select Chrome.
b. At the top right, select More > Settings.
c. Select Privacy and security > Third party cookies.
d. Select See all site data and permissions > Delete all data.
e. To confirm, select Delete.
2. Update Chrome to the latest version.
a. On your computer, open Chrome.
b. At the top right, select More > Help > About Google Chrome.
c. Select Relaunch.
NOTE: If you can't find the “Relaunch” option, you're on the latest version.
3. Turn off HTTP/2 on Windows Server. (Assign to NSA)
4. Disable Weak Cipher suites. (Assign to NSA)
