IT Support Portal: Planned System Outage - Thursday, Nov.20, between 4 a.m.–6 p.m. (CST)

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve experience, performance, and reliability, MCC Information Technology will coordinate the migration our IT support platform, TeamDynamix (TDx), from its multi-tenant environment to a private platform.

What this means for MCC faculty, staff and students:

  • The IT Support Portal (itsupport.mccneb.edu) will be offline for all public, employees and student’s access.  This means that web requests for help, service catalog, and knowledge base will all be unavailable.

  • Visitors navigating to the IT Support Portal during this period will see a “System Unavailable – Planned Maintenance” message.

  • IT support staff will not be able to update or add information to existing support tickets.

  • Email requests sent to IT Support will not generate new tickets until after the migration is complete. Once the system is restored, all pending email requests will automatically process and appear in the system.

 We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important system upgrade. The migration to our private cloud will provide enhanced data protection, and improved service reliability for all users.

No action is required on your part. Services will automatically resume after the maintenance window.
