2. Disable the plug-in.
3. Re-enable the plug-in.

Can Private Outlook Meetings be synced?

How many Outlook calendar's can be synced to a Staff Member calendar?
Each Staff Member profile can only sync with one Outlook calendar at a time.
Can I sync to any Outlook calendar?
Staff Members can only sync with Outlook calendars they own. Shared or “read-only” calendars cannot be synced.
Can View-Only Users utilize this plugin?
View-Only Users can see DaySmart Appointments appointments in their Outlook 365 calendar but cannot edit or cancel them. Since they also cannot create Reserves, two-way sync from Outlook is not supported.
What doesn't sync from Outlook to DaySmart Appointments?
-
All-day meetings created in Outlook will not sync to your DaySmart Appointments calendar. To mark a day as unavailable, set a Day Off in the Staff Member’s profile.
-
DaySmart Appointments events will not sync to Microsoft Outlook 365.
What Appointment information displays on my Outlook calendar?
Once connected, your Outlook 365 calendar will display synced appointments.
Each Outlook item includes DaySmart Appointments information in the description and shows the Customer and Service name as the meeting title (up to 22 characters).
Can administrators configure another user’s sync settings?
No. Admins can enable/disable access but cannot adjust other users’ personal sync settings.
Do customized display names carry into Outlook?
No. Customized display names do not apply in Outlook.
What if the initial sync is slow?
Reduce Number of days to sync under Sync Settings.
What if I change a Staff Member’s Location assignments?
They must disconnect from Outlook, you update Locations, then they reconnect/sync.
Why are Appointments showing at the wrong time?
Time zones differ. Match the time zone in Outlook and DaySmart Appointments. After changing time zones in either system, disconnect and reconnect to apply.
Can two occurrences of a recurring Appointment be on the same day?
No. Microsoft Outlook prevents placing an occurrence on the same day as another occurrence in the same series.
What’s the best way to make a daily recurring “lunch” block without duplicates?
Create the recurring Reserve in one calendar (recommended: Outlook). It will sync to DaySmart Appointments and block time. Creating recurring appointments in both calendars causes duplicates.
Why don’t I see yesterday’s Appointments/Reserves in Outlook?
To conserve local storage, the plugin shows current/future items. Past items remain available in the web-based DaySmart Appointments system.
