Problem
Hitting the timestamp button now appends text at the end, but it used to pre-append at the top of the comments.
Resolution
Information received from Ellucian:
The timestamp location change is associated with delivered fixes. Based on the release documentation, this behavior is now part of the product's delivered functionality and there is no configuration setting available to revert the timestamp placement to the previous behavior.
