VPN Access for MCC Employees

Question

As an employee, how do I get VPN access through Global Connect?

Answer
  1. VPN is only allowed on MCC owned devices.
  2. All employees at MCC have access to the GlobalProtect VPN.
  3. GlobalProtect VPN can be installed via the Software Center.

NOTE: If you encounter errors using or installing GlobalProtect, submit a ticket using the "Get VPN Help" button on the right.  Those experiencing issues using the Citrix Virtual Desktop environment should report problems by clicking the "Get Citrix Help" button.
