VPN Access for MCC Employees

Question

As an employee, how do I get VPN access through Global Connect?

Answer
  1. VPN is used if your job cannot be done using mycloud.mccneb.edu (Citrix method). 
  2. VPN is only allowed on MCC owned devices.
  3. To request VPN access, have your Manager or Supervisor submit the "VPN Request Form" located in the Unity Forms Bank
  4. All new VPN requests are assigned to the IT Risk & Compliance team for review and approval.
  5. Requests are notified approval status and follow-up installation instructions.
