Error Message

Description
When you try to sign in to an Office app using your MCC email address and password, you receive the above error message.
Resolution
- Sign out of all Office 365 apps: Make sure to sign out of any other accounts that might be logged in.
- Clear credentials: Open the Credential Manager in Windows, go to Windows Credentials, and remove any related Office credentials.
- Check Windows settings: Go to Windows settings > Accounts > Access work or school, and ensure no other business accounts are logged in.
- Restart your computer: Sometimes a restart can help clear any lingering issues.
- Update Office 365: Ensure your Office 365 apps are up to date.
