Unable to install Respondus LockDown Browser on a MacBook. 

Description

Students are getting an error message that the Respondus LockDown Browser installation software package was corrupt and could not be installed.  

Resolution

Canvas Support advises that MacBook users update their operating system to macOS 10.12 or newer.
