Unable to connect to Eduroam wireless network

Users with non-MCC accounts need to get troubleshooting assistance from the institution that issued them their account. Their institution will decide if their settings and credentials are correct.  MCC only receives the result back from their authentication servers, not the reason for a failure.

MCC requires the email address be used, but that was our choice. It is not a mandate for Eduroam. If someone only enters a username, they will not be able to join Eduroam outside of their home institution. This generates a failed authentication log when they are at MCC.  Without the email address, we cannot route the authentication.
