How to Resolve the Citrix Workspace Error: "An account is not configured. Please contact your administrator."

Error Message

Description

This error happens when a user types in their email address instead of 'mycloud.mccneb.edu'. In this case, Citrix Workspace will need to be re-setup and the server address will need to be entered.

Resolution

1. Open Software Center, in Applications click Citrix Workplace. 

2. Click Uninstall. 

3. After Citrix Workspace uninstalls, click Install. 

4. Once installation completes, open Citrix Workspace. Type 'mycloud.mccneb.edu' in the Enter your Store URL oor email address box. Click Continue.
