What is it?
Licensed Zoom accounts offer additional features beyond the free Zoom standard (free) accounts. Licensed accounts remove time restrictions and increases participants from 100 (free) to 300. A licensed account is not needed for participants to join a meeting hosted by anyone with or without the licensed restrictions.
Who is Eligible?
All MCC faculty or staff may request a licensed Zoom account if need justification is met. Manager approval may be required.
How to get it?
Access to Zoom is granted through the Software Request Form, located in Unity's Forms Bank. Once approved, employees access Zoom through myapps using single sign-on (Okta).
After a Zoom account is approved, you may request support using the "Get Zoom Help" button to the right.
How do I use it?
For optimal experience, requester should have access to a webcam, microphone, and functional speakers. Zoom also offers many courses and learning videos in the Zoom Learning Center.
