Shared Mailbox Request

What is it?

Departmental mailboxes can be accessed by multiple people via Outlook client or Outlook 365 (web).  Shared mailboxes have their own email address and access to shared mailboxes is through user permissions.

How to get it?

Submit request form using the "Shared Mailbox Request" button.

How do I use it?

Prior to submitting a request, make sure you know the difference between a shared mailbox and a distribution list.
