What is it?
eSignature (DocuSign) is a College-approved solution for collecting electronic signatures on documents. Anyone can sign DocuSign documents, including people outside MCC. Licensed employees can initiate requests for signatures after establishing a DocuSign departmental or unit account.

How to get it?
Request for MCC Docusign access required a completed and approved Software Request (SRC) form. This form is located in the Forms Bank, found in Unity. Please indicate on the SRC form if you are needing Docusign to create a signing package or if you are needing a Docusign account to sign an existing signing package.
NOTE: that a full Docusign license is not needed to sign a Docusign-enabled form.
How do I use it?
After a request for Docusign (signing or creating) is approved, Docusign offers online training resources. YouTube provides many solutions and how-to guides on how to navigate and create Docusign forms and customizations.
