Qualtrics XM is a web-based, powerful, and easy-to-use survey creation software platform.  Some of Qualtrics XM's most helpful capabilities include:

Submit a Request form:

• Complete the  Institutional Effectiveness Research Request Form. 
• After submission, you can download a copy of the completed request.
• The Office of Institutional Effectiveness will review your request and follow-up with next steps.

To comply with MCC Policy PM X-28 and FERPA regulations, all survey and research-related requests must be coordinated through the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.

After Qualtrics XM access is approved, if you have questions, you may submit a support request using the "Get Qualtrics Help" button to the right.
