Student Record is locked in Colleague

Description

Employee working in Colleague receives an error that a student’s record is locked by another employee. 

Instructions

  1. Have the customer use XREL to release a Colleague record that the customer locked.
  2. Full instructions in IT Support Services SharePoint > Procedures > Colleague folder.
