What is it?
Genius CE is a web‑based platform used to manage non‑credit course offerings offered through Community and Workforce Education (CWE). The platform includes course catalog management, learner registration, and CWE reporting tools.
Who is Eligible?
- CWE Staff
- CWE Instructors
- Non-credit students & community member will access the catalog and their registrations through the Genius learning platform.
How to get it?
General inquiries can be submitted by clicking the "Get Help" button, on the right. Access to the Genius CE Learning administrative platform is through pre-approval only. To request access to Genius CE access, authorized MCC employees should use the Genius CE Access & Permissions form.
How do I use it?
Platform users: Once Genius CE access is approved, employees will log-in using their MCC ID (Okta) for single sign-on.
CWE non-credit students and community members: Non-credit students and community members will log-in to the platform using the username/password created during registration. Use the "Get Help" button, to the right, for assistance with non-credit courses.
How much does it cost?
Access is IT Supported at no additional charge. Community and Workforce Education course costs are identified during course registration.
