Colleague Process

What is it?

Colleague is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software developed by Ellucian, specifically tailored for the unique needs of higher education to manage various aspects of administrative, academic, and financial operations. Collegue is MCC's student information system. Occasionally a screen may hang, or an process does not run as expected.

Report a Colleague processing error using the "Get Colleague Help" button 

How do I use it?

When reporting a process issue, please include any process details or when the last good run occurred.
